★接好電源。

★將橫向推桿放置在涂布底座兩側(cè)的固定桿上。
★選擇適當(dāng)?shù)耐坎奸L(zhǎng)度，按下“復(fù)位”按鈕，使橫向推桿到達(dá)涂布的起始位置。
★將濕膜制備器放置在橫向推桿的前方。
★選擇適當(dāng)?shù)耐坎妓俣取?/span>

AFA-II自動(dòng)涂膜機(jī)注意事項(xiàng)：
★在設(shè)備運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)過(guò)程中不能隨便調(diào)節(jié)涂布長(zhǎng)度的旋鈕，否則會(huì)造成再次開(kāi)機(jī)時(shí)滑桿不動(dòng)作，一旦發(fā)生這種情況，可以把滑桿推到后，再開(kāi)機(jī)，故障即可消除。
★涂布底座應(yīng)保持清潔，有雜物粘在上面，以免影響涂布底座的平面度，從而影響下次涂布；若不慎將涂料滴落在涂布底座上，也應(yīng)及時(shí)清潔。
★定時(shí)檢查油杯油位，若發(fā)現(xiàn)油位不夠，則應(yīng)及時(shí)加入潤(rùn)滑油，以潤(rùn)滑導(dǎo)軌。
★每次使用本設(shè)備后，應(yīng)用防塵罩遮蓋，以免灰塵掉入真空小孔，并被真空泵吸入，影響其使用壽命。
★每次使用本設(shè)備后，應(yīng)及時(shí)清洗廢料收集盤。
