   1 、氣自動化底扣送料托板，使釘制時輕松放置底扣，并自動將底扣精準的送至縫制點；

Adopt automatic base button delivery plate, make it easy to put the base button, and can delivery the base button to the sewing point automatically and precisely . 

2、采用氣動裝置加高縫線高度。達到繞扣需求尺寸，高度尺寸可調分別為6㎜8㎜10㎜；

Adopt pneumatic device to rise up the sewing height. The height can be adjusted to 6mm, 8mm or 10mm according to the requirement of the buckle.

3、專用鈕夾在釘制時氣動鎖緊面扣，使釘扣過程更輕松；

The dedicated button clip can lock the surface buckle pneumatically when sewing, make the button attaching process easier.

4、佳島專用電控能精準采集機械動作信號，并迅速向各部位動作氣缸發(fā)出動作指令，緊密配合機械系統(tǒng)輕松完成子母扣定制工作；

JAKI special control box can precisely collect the mechanical action signal, and make motion commands to each part of cylinder rapidly, work closely with mechanical system to finish snap attaching easily.

5、配裝了縫線加高開關，便于需繞扣和無需繞扣的工序切換，裝有LED照明燈；

Equipped with LED light and sewing thread rise up switch, convenient for process change between need button wiping and non-need button wiping.

6、采用了*的齒輪、連桿、擺齒全包油技術，使機器更加耐磨，不易損壞，使用壽命更長；

10、設定方便，縫距快捷鍵立即調整車縫密度、操作方便。調整范圍0.5mm-3.0mm. 其他的方便使用功能都在操作面板上；
