特氟龍網(wǎng)帶是以聚四氟乙烯(俗稱塑料王)乳液為原料，浸漬高性能玻纖網(wǎng)布而成，是一種高性能，多用途的復合材料新產(chǎn)品，因其優(yōu)異的各項性能，故被廣泛應用在造紙、食品、環(huán)保、印染、服裝、化工、玻璃、醫(yī)藥、電子、絕緣、砂輪切片、機械等領(lǐng)域。

PTFE 特氟龍網(wǎng)格輸送帶

特氟龍網(wǎng)格輸送帶的主要特點：

1、用于低溫-70℃，高溫260℃之間，具有耐氣候性,抗老化。經(jīng)實際應用,如在250℃高溫情況下連續(xù)放置200天，不但強度不會變低，而且重量也不減少;

2 、非粘著性：不易粘附任何物質(zhì)。易于清洗附著其表面的各種油漬、污點或其它附著物;漿糊、樹脂、涂料等幾乎所有粘著物質(zhì)都可簡單地清除;

3、耐化學腐蝕，能耐強酸、強堿、王水及各種有機溶劑的腐蝕。

4、尺寸穩(wěn)定性好(延伸系數(shù)小于5‰)、強度高。具有良好的機械特性。

5、抗彎曲疲勞，可用于較小輪徑。

6、耐藥劑性、wu毒性。幾乎可耐所有藥劑物品。

7、防火阻燃。

8、透氣性---輸送帶的透氣率、減少熱源耗費、提高干燥效率。

特氟龍網(wǎng)格輸送帶的應用范圍：

A：紡織、印染：印花烘干、漂染布烘干、面料縮水烘干、無紡布烘干等烘道、烘房輸送帶。

B：絲網(wǎng)、印刷：松式烘干機、膠印機、UV系列光固機、紙張過油烘干、紫外線烘干、塑膠制品絲印烘干等烘道、烘房輸送帶。

C：其它物品：高周波烘干、微波烘干、各類食品冷凍及解凍、烘烤、包裝物品熱收縮、一般含水份物品烘干、熔劑型油墨的快速干燥等烘房導帶。凡需要熱風流場合及熱加工傳送條件，均適合使用特氟龍網(wǎng)帶。

Teflon mesh conveyor main features:

2,Non-adhesive: not easy to adhere to any substance. Attached to the surface easy to clean all oil, stain, or other attachments; glue, resin, paint, etc. Almost all the adhesive material can be easily removed;

3,Chemical resistant, resistant to acid, alkali, aqua regia and various organic solvents.

4,Good dimensional stability (extension coefficient less than 5‰), high strength. Having good mechanical properties.

5,Resistance to bending fatigue, can be used for smaller wheel diameter.

6,Chemical resistance, non-toxic. Almost resistant to all pharmaceutical items.

7,Fire retardant.

8,Breathability --- permeability conveyor belt to reduce the heat consumption, improve drying efficiency.
