瀝青混合料拌和機操作和使用：
★ 接通電源、打開電源開關，電源指示燈亮。
★ 按工作需要設定加熱溫度，先按溫度表上的“SET”鍵0.5秒，PV窗顯示“SV”，SV窗位閃爍，按位移鍵“←”將閃爍位移至需設定位，按加減鍵“↑↓”直到將數(shù)字設定至所需值，按“SET”鍵確認，設定結束。
★ 時間設定，標準的攪拌時間為90秒，也可按工作需要自行設置，打開時間繼電器有機玻璃蓋板，按撥盤開關，按至所需值。
★ 設置完后，打開加熱開關，加熱鍋開始加熱，按上升鍵，攪拌器上升一定位置 后自動停止，將預熱料加熱鍋內(nèi)蓋上鍋蓋：加熱至160℃時，拿去箱蓋，按下降和攪拌鍵，攪拌器開始攪拌和下降（到A低位置可自動停止），至規(guī)定的時間攪拌器自動停止，按上升鍵加入規(guī)定的礦粉，再重復上述的操作。

★ After setting, turn on the heating switch, the heating pot starts to heat, press the up key, the stirrer will automatically stop after it rises to a certain position, and cover the inside of the preheating heating pot: when it is heated to 160 ° C, remove the lid. Press the down and stirring key, the agitator starts to stir and fall (it can stop automatically to the low position of A), the agitator will automatically stop at the specified time, press the up key to add the specified mineral powder, and repeat the above operation.
瀝青混合料拌和機常見現(xiàn)象及排除：
★ 瀝青混合材料攪拌機是采用加熱管加熱，二層內(nèi)加熱加入導熱油后，熱傳遞到拌和鍋的各部；第三層為保溫層，再鍋口左外側(cè)有加熱管的接線端，電壓為220V，右移為感溫探頭插孔，再右移為氣壓閥門，在加熱過程中，如有少量導熱油從中溢出，或鍋邊有局部油漆鼓起的現(xiàn)象，都為正常的現(xiàn)象。
★如果機器在運輸過程中有局部損壞，特別是上下限位開關移位，如造成了下限位開關不停機，但面板操作鍵仍作用，在使用時應立即停機檢查，打開后蓋板換上同規(guī)格的開關即可。

★ If the machine is partially damaged during transportation, especially the upper and lower limit switches are shifted, if the lower limit switch does not stop, but the panel operation keys still work, stop the machine immediately when using it, and open the rear cover and replace it. A switch of the same specification is sufficient.
