一、功能
可實(shí)現(xiàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)UU/CU/CD抗剪強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn)、恒溫恒壓條件下土體材料的流變試驗(yàn)、梯度溫控條件下(-25℃ - 常溫)的UU/CU/CD抗剪強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn)、各向同性固結(jié)試驗(yàn)、各向異性固結(jié)試驗(yàn)、圍壓和反壓梯度施加的反壓飽和試驗(yàn)(包括孔隙水壓力系數(shù)B值檢測)、K0固結(jié)試驗(yàn)等。
1. Function
It can realize the standard UU/CU/CD shear strength test, the rheological test of soil materials under constant temperature and pressure conditions, the UU/CU/CD shear strength test under gradient temperature control conditions (-25℃-normal temperature), each Homogeneous consolidation test, anisotropic consolidation test, back pressure saturation test applied by confining pressure and back pressure gradient (including pore water pressure coefficient B value detection), K0 consolidation test, etc.
二、技術(shù)指標(biāo)
1、儀器須全部適用以下試驗(yàn)試樣尺寸:?39.1mm*80mm、?61.8mm*125mm。
2、試驗(yàn)腔室可以同時(shí)滿足水、氣體和冷凍液三種介質(zhì)條件,以滿擬土體環(huán)境加載壓力0-2MPa所需。
3、加載自動(dòng)機(jī)電控制系統(tǒng):豎向加載速度:0.0001-3mm/min,加載速度設(shè)定范圍:0.0001-5.0000mm/min;加載應(yīng)力范圍0-40MPa可調(diào),控制精度0.3%FS;圍壓范圍0-2MPa連續(xù)可調(diào)。
4、液壓控制系統(tǒng):量程0-2MPa,控制精度1kPa;全自動(dòng)控制,壓力范圍0-2MPa連續(xù)可調(diào);體積量程250ml、體積分辨率0.001 ml。
5、試驗(yàn)腔室所模擬土體環(huán)境加載過程中采用高精度液壓控制器進(jìn)行精確控制、快速跟蹤,控制精度1kPa。
6、梯度溫控區(qū)間:-25℃-常溫,梯度控制;溫度控制精度±1℃、分辨率0.1℃。
7、梯度溫控流變試驗(yàn)加載壓力采用外置荷重傳感器測量,測試量程0-50kN,精度≤0.3%FS;流變試驗(yàn)加載壓力采用內(nèi)置荷重傳感器測量,測試量程0-5kN,精度0.3%FS。
8、試驗(yàn)中土體豎向位移測量:量程0-50mm,精度≤0.001mm。
9、孔隙水壓力測量要求全自動(dòng)測量,量程0-1MPa,精度≤0.3%FS。
10、數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)及數(shù)據(jù)存儲系統(tǒng):軟件具有對系統(tǒng)工作狀態(tài)的動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)測、跟蹤分析、實(shí)時(shí)反饋、及時(shí)調(diào)整、過程顯示與數(shù)據(jù)存儲、及時(shí)更新的全數(shù)控自動(dòng)化功能。
11、數(shù)據(jù)處理軟件:土體抗剪強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn),可以進(jìn)行UU、CU、CD試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)處理,確定土體強(qiáng)度參數(shù);流變試驗(yàn)可在一定的土體環(huán)境加載條件下建立試驗(yàn)時(shí)間與土體變形的關(guān)系;梯度溫控試驗(yàn)可在不同溫度條件、一定的土體環(huán)境加載條件下,建立土體應(yīng)力與應(yīng)變關(guān)系,獲得土體力學(xué)特性參數(shù)。

4. Hydraulic control system: range 0-2MPa, control accuracy 1kPa; fully automatic control, pressure range 0-2MPa continuously adjustable; volume range 250ml, volume resolution 0.001ml.
5. During the loading process of the simulated soil environment in the test chamber, a high-precision hydraulic controller is used for precise control and fast tracking, with a control accuracy of 1kPa.
6. Gradient temperature control interval: -25℃-normal temperature, gradient control; temperature control accuracy ±1℃, resolution 0.1℃.
7. The loading pressure of the gradient temperature control rheological test is measured by an external load cell, the test range is 0-50kN, and the accuracy is ≤0.3%FS; the rheological test load pressure is measured by the built-in load cell, the test range is 0-5kN, and the accuracy is 0.3%FS .
8. Vertical displacement measurement of soil in the test: range 0-50mm, accuracy ≤0.001mm.
9. The measurement of pore water pressure requires automatic measurement, with a range of 0-1MPa, and an accuracy of ≤0.3%FS.
10. Data acquisition system and data storage system: The software has full numerical control automation functions such as dynamic monitoring, tracking analysis, real-time feedback, timely adjustment, process display and data storage, and timely update of the working status of the system.
11. Data processing software: soil shear strength test, UU, CU, CD test data can be processed to determine soil strength parameters; rheological test can establish test time and soil deformation under certain soil environmental loading conditions The gradient temperature control test can establish the relationship between soil stress and strain under different temperature conditions and certain soil environmental loading conditions, and obtain soil mechanical characteristic parameters.
