垂直振動壓實(shí)成型機(jī)技術(shù)參數(shù)：
★振動壓實(shí)成型機(jī)：靜壓力、激振力和頻率可調(diào)（與振動法壓實(shí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)所用設(shè)備相同）。配有Φ150mm的圓形壓頭和100mmΧ400mm長方形壓頭。
★圓柱體試件模具
鋼模：內(nèi)徑152mm、高170mm、壁厚10mm；
鋼模套環(huán)：內(nèi)徑152mm、高50mm、壁厚10mm；
筒內(nèi)墊塊：直徑151mm、厚20mm；
鋼模底板：直徑300mm、厚10mm。
以上各部件可用螺栓固定成一體。
★梁式試件模具

以上部件可用螺拴固定成一體。
★臺秤：量程15kg，感量5g；電子秤：量程3kg感量0.01g。
★方孔篩：孔徑37.5mm、31.5mm、26.5mm、19mm、9.5mm、4.75mm、2.36mm、0.6mm以及0.075mm的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)篩各一個。
