路面材料強(qiáng)度試驗儀結(jié)構(gòu)原理：
該儀器由底座、減速箱、立柱、橫梁及罩殼等組成。
電動機(jī)及控制電器置于底座內(nèi)，減速箱置于底座上。
橫梁、減速箱及底座經(jīng)兩根立柱相聯(lián)接，橫梁并可上下調(diào)節(jié)，以適應(yīng)不同高度的試樣，橫梁下平面可聯(lián)接測力環(huán)。
底座及減速箱外面裝有罩殼。
試驗儀加載有兩種形式，一種是電動，電動機(jī)由同步齒形帶傳遞給減速箱，經(jīng)減速箱減速后，旋轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動轉(zhuǎn)換成絲桿的垂直運(yùn)動，從而達(dá)到對試樣垂直加載的功用。另一種是手動，將調(diào)速手柄置于空檔，即可用搖手柄進(jìn)行手動加載。
Structural principle of pavement material strength tester:
The instrument consists of a base, a reduction box, a column, a beam and a cover.
The motor and control electronics are placed in the base, and the reduction box is placed on the base.
The beam, the reduction box and the base are connected by two upright columns. The beam can be adjusted up and down to accommodate samples of different heights. The lower plane of the beam can be connected with a force measuring ring.
A cover is installed on the base and the reduction box.
The tester is loaded in two forms. One is electric. The motor is transmitted to the reduction gear by a synchronous toothed belt. After the reduction gear is decelerated, the rotation movement is converted into the vertical movement of the screw, so as to achieve the function of vertical loading of the sample. The other is manual. Put the speed control handle in neutral position, and you can use the rocker handle for manual loading.

1.路面材料強(qiáng)度試驗儀的絲桿盤上升的**限位置為其盤面距基座箱體頂面300mm；絲桿盤下降的**限位置為其盤面距基座箱體頂面60mm，如果超過以上兩個**限，路面材料強(qiáng)度試驗儀有可能會損壞。
2.試驗儀應(yīng)該安放在一個地面應(yīng)平坦、穩(wěn)固的位置，而且試驗儀應(yīng)有接地安全防護(hù)裝置。
3.應(yīng)注意經(jīng)常對路面材料強(qiáng)度試驗儀進(jìn)行維護(hù)保養(yǎng)：
①.應(yīng)經(jīng)常保持路面材料強(qiáng)度試驗儀的干凈整潔，每次使用完后須清掃臺面及周圍環(huán)境并擦拭干凈。
②.絲桿及盤子，立柱擦拭干凈后應(yīng)涂上防銹油，并每天使用前應(yīng)向絲桿滴注適量的潤滑油（20號機(jī)油）。以保證絲桿在工作中正常潤滑，減少磨損延長使用壽命。
③.不使用時應(yīng)將防護(hù)套罩好。
