機(jī)器特點(diǎn) Machine Features

1. PLC+人機(jī)界面

方便設(shè)置參數(shù)，操作機(jī)器,全自動(dòng)操作，效率高，性能安全。

2. 高靈敏度火花保護(hù)

當(dāng)火花產(chǎn)生時(shí)，本機(jī)裝有的高敏度火花電子回路，能迅速切斷高周波電源，極安全地保護(hù)模具和加工物料。

3. 高效率

這臺(tái)機(jī)器有四個(gè)工位。一個(gè)工位工作時(shí), 工人可以同時(shí)把材料放在其他車站。在這種情況下, 它可以充分利用機(jī)器和勞動(dòng)力資源。

4. 無(wú)高頻輻射

設(shè)備設(shè)有防射頻電磁場(chǎng)干擾的保護(hù)裝置，符合國(guó)際安全指標(biāo)的要求，使操作者免受高頻輻射的傷害。

With easy setting system,our machine can process different kinds of products,with high efficiency and safe performance.

2. Anti-spark system
When the spark occurring, the high sensitiveness spark electric system will cut the high frequency power immediately to protect the mould and material.

3. High efficiency
This machine has three (Cuize) working stations.While one station is working, the worker can put the materials on the other stations at the same time. In this case, it can make most use of the machine and labor resource.

4. No High Frequency Radiation,

In order to anti-disturbing other electric devices like cellphone, computer and so on the machine, equiped with good shielding device, can reduce the leakage of radio wave greatly.
