2、該機適用于各種非金屬性汽車內(nèi)飾材料的壓制工藝，采用獨立的液壓動力機構(gòu)和PLC電氣控制系統(tǒng)，可實現(xiàn)手動和自動作業(yè)，能同時完成成型和裁切定程成型兩種生產(chǎn)工藝;其工作壓力、工作行程、工作速度，冷確保壓時間，-次成型壓力，二次裁切壓力補壓力等程序可按照產(chǎn)品工藝要求設(shè)置在一定范圍內(nèi)任意調(diào)整。
3、加熱板上下模板溫度分六段，可根據(jù)產(chǎn)品材料自由調(diào)節(jié)，設(shè)定熱壓溫度及保壓時間。配有安全光柵，保證人工操作安全。配有磁粉張力控制，氣漲軸，實現(xiàn)卷材的恒張力控制，減少誤差和浪費。
